Syncing

The new updates is supposed to support the link/media limit exclusion feature but it doesnt seem to work. Some QA would be nice before rushing to get a release out.

TweetMarker is unreliable with a single account, and totally doesnt work with multiple accounts. iCloud syncing doesnt work because it requires CloudKit which is only available on El Crapitan. At this point tweet syncing isnt a feature that actually works at all.
